      Its a job. You are guaranteed your job will require everything you've got and then try to squeeze you for more. Unlimited challenges.

      Cons

      This is a heavy handed corporate that bullies administrators towards strong-arming physicians and blatantly mismanages medium sized community hospitals, leaving employees wondering "what in the world are they doing?!" They are out of touch with their demographics and competition, leaving them in a reactive position instead of running their organizations in a proactive manner. This is not a company to invest your self long term in.
