Pros

-paycheck -new DEI efforts (these are early stages) -new intranet -new c-level leaders seem to want to drive company forward (but the team they inherited does not)

Cons

I have personally witnessed: -public shaming culture -fear culture with leaders yelling -indecision -turning on new hires and not onboarding them -long recruiting process and lying to talent -giving the lowest pay possible -terrible benefits package and a penalty fee for people who make $100k plus on top of their monthly fee -leaders always working on vacation -no one getting to know you as a person -high turnover -being talked over in meetings or condescended (I’m a woman) -leaders leading a level or two down and not being able to properly delegate -no one being able to execute with urgency due to indecision and politics even finishing items and approving them and having them completely walked back -leaders talking poorly about each other constantly -repeated layoffs

Pros

Flex schedule, casual dress, shoes. Although some people take it too far, dress code not enforced.

Cons

Constant chaos. Nepotism is rampant. Supervisors do not have any real authority. Way too many favorites by management, problem people with connections in the company allowed to get away with coming in late, not notifying anyone, not meeting production. Pretty much anything because they are the son of or daughter of this manager or friends/neighbor s of this director or that manager. At the same time people that managers want to get rid of are held to strict standards. Supervisors are just puppets at the whim of upper managers. Foul language is the norm, swearing, uses the "f" bomb is an every day occurrence, the norm. This is the most unprofessional office I've ever worked in. Sadly management thinks they have a great work environment. It's not, moral is lowest of low. They really have no clue how unhappy people are in the scs group. Career opportunities for those that have connections within the company. Others are overlooked even if more qualified. Rumors and gossip about married managers having affairs. Rumors running rampant constantly.Ugh, who wants to see it and hear it every day at work.

Pros

They helped pay some relocation expenses.

Cons

Horrible, uncaring hospital administration. Expect nurses to spend more time doing computer and paperwork instead of supporting them with help to do PATIENT care. I've been a nurse for 32+ years and this isthe WORST place I've ever worked. I can't WAIT to finish my 2 year requirement (in order not to have to pay them back for relocation expenses). No wonder there is such a high turn around of staff in all positions -- not just nursing staff.
