      Pros

      Flexibility. They allow for you and your team to make schedules that work best for you. They also allow a lot of freedom at their contract sites to conduct business your way in an every changing healthcare world that needs stability.

      Cons

      The pay. They pay the least that they think they can. They tell you it you are hired and that the pay is low but you are getting so much experience. That is okay I guess but i really would like to get paid more.

      Pros

      Enjoyed home health. Loved my team. Great bunch. Zero training, communication or education.

      Cons

      No training, education or communication with supervisor. Very impersonal. Lacks empathy or even attempting to train and educate employees with new rules and regulations. No.proper protocol which should be taught in a systematic way.

      Pros

      The pay is quite good compared to other places. Great benefits and vacation time. I enjoy working with everyone here.

      Cons

      The focus seems to be more on cutting costs than caring for the patient. We are made you review multiple reports to make sure other departments are doing their job.
