The salary is good when you're initially hired. The smart employees leave after 3 years to get actual raises. Some employees leave the company and return a year or two later and receive a 30% bump from their previous salary while their co-worker stayed around and only received a 6% raise over a 2 year period. A lot of the employees that have been at this company for over 5 years are demoralized and just show up to get a check at this point. They see new people get hired at the same position, but the new employee is getting about $15K more and the new employee knows nothing about their department's processes or who does what at the company. This is a good job for 3 years, but then they just nickel and dime you after that while they pay new employees in the same position more money.

The most poorly run place I've ever worked High turnover because there is no attempt at retention, barely any bonus given, no salary increase year to year. It's known in the area they don't care about their health care workers, basically tell you can leave if you don't like their terms. Certain admin are intimidating and borderline abusive.
