Pros
fair pay for a new grads, good hours (do your rounds and go home basically), small 5k/year tuition reimbursement, finish early most days, go in late a few times/week that you don't have meetings, amazing nursing staff, all of the physician's are really friendly and in almost all cases supportive, 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 3k cme, incredibly easy to schedule vacation/time off and can do it within 1-2 week notice
Cons
5+ hours in meetings per week, high pt loads, bait and switch ie. hired to see a different amount of pts than originally hired to see, paper charts, a few physicians will dump extra work on you that wasn't part of your contract and can be toxic, management prefers employees to settle all their own conflicts
