Lack of communication, and shortage of hospitals

Performance and productivity is calculated by clicks in a program instead of revenue, meeting goals or assisting consumers and patients above and beyond expectations. Focused more on questionnaires instead of approvals for coverage or insurance located and missed by facilities. No nail polish or acrylic nails, unable to wear bright colors or have hair any colors but blonde, brown or grey. Your position is onsite, not a member of the facilities even when you work closely together daily. The more you excel the higher they raise the expectations for you and eventually you're overwhelmed and unable to slow down due to increase in expectations of productivity.
