      Good job stability. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Standard 3% raise a year. Worked there for 3 years. No sign of promotion. The management is very stringent when it comes to money. The work environment is a snooze fest. Unless you need a job to make money, don't be here.

      Intelligent people within the marketing department dedicated to assisting member hospitals grow volume.

      Cons

      Corporate bureaucracy and lack of leadership at the top levels. Poor communication, and atmosphere of each person for him or herself.
