Difficult to obtain promotions/raises, and when you do, it’s pennies. People had to leave the company and come back to get a decent wage increase. The people can be pretentious, depending on your department.

Badly mismanaged from the top down. Company is sinking in 13.9 billion worth of debt due to corporate greed.. No merit raises, no cost of living raises, pay is nowhere near competitive, horrible turnover, horrible reputation in the community. Most of the time staff aren't even provided the supplies needed to run the clinics. Pays employees in free t-shirts to write good Google reviews. Most deplorable organization I've ever worked for.
