Nice parking garage only because they acquired it from leasing out the former hospital.
Cons
No support from CHS upper level leadership, no trust, 15-20 years behind in business technology, no raises or market adjustments in over 5 years, low salaries, no education/training/culture to promote from within. Slow growth. Too many "senior" leaders riding their time and making poor, inept decisions that impact the future of the firm. Low patient satisfaction. Low physician satisfaction. Board of Trustees make decisions influenced by round table group-think rather skill, speed, intelligence and are grossly over paid. Hiring freezes every 60-90 days and health plan is reduced to simple major medical insurance coverage that is very expensive and useless unless you have invasive surgery.
