Good field nurses.. But they never stay

Cons

No support from management , rules change daily, rude office staff , only concerned with bottom dollar and not pt care. Lowest paid nurses in DFW area

Associates work well as a team. Very loyal to each other.

Cons

Low pay and expensive benefits. Tried to expand without supporting existing hospitals. Old, old, old equipment. No communication between corporate departments. Takes the cheap way out with tech software etc. this really shows.
