Continue to pile on more work without just compensation; interested solely in saving dollars; not people. Poor compensation structure. No pay for performance - you get the same standard raise whether you’re a top performer or an above average performer.

I used to really enjoy this place but, CHS has lost their way. In the last several years things are continually getting worse. They have implemented a new policy across the board of 1% raises and 3% for promotions. This is an insult when your told you consistently knock it out of the park for your work. Anyone who accepts something like that as a long term plan is a fool. Small perks are continually being cut, and many positions are not being back filled (even at Dir. and Manager levels). This company is checking more and more of the boxes for things to watch out for with a sinking ship.
