      Laid back environment and decent pay.

      Cons

      No growth and bad leadership. This company has so much potential to be a giant in the healthcare industry but the people at the top making making the big bucks will be the end of the company unfortunately. No vision, bad business deal, etc has took us in the wrong direction.
