Local teams are hard working and band together. Loved this job until the ‘latest’ new structure. One size must fit all does not work in every market.

Cons

Zero understanding of local markets by Franklin, TN. Have never met a single person face-to-face (not even the VP we report to) yet the emails border on bullying.

The second and weekend shift differentials were nice. Everyone’s was different and I’m not entirely sure what determined rate you got

Cons

We had the lowest HCAPS score and just walking around the nursing floor, you were able to see why.
