      Good health insurance Coworkers Family oriented

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for all levels within the department except maybe the director. No bonuses or incentives no matter how much money was collected even when employees beat yearly goals. Stressful. Very stressful environment, long hours. Poor employee moral High turnover rate Heavy workloads Management wouldn’t hold employees accountable just to keep warm bodies

      Community is growing and they are going through some growing pains. Upper management is clueless and leadership needs to be improved. Pay is less than great. Cannot keep doctors.
