      Noble Mission: Providing healthcare in less populated areas. Compensation: Acceptable Opportunity for Advancement (Coordinator, Supervisor to Manager in 4 years) Bonus Structure: Met for past three quarters, looks like will meet for whole year Challenging: Your talents will be utilized and new ones developed. Location: Building in my neighborhood, no interstates The Company truly needs your skills and talents for growth and development

      This section shoudl be called "Opportunities" Production environment due to high volumes of work not fully embraced by staff Challenging Department requires high level of expertise by hourly staff to produce quality work Pay structure for Department not most competative for industry resutling in turn over due to higher paying positions found by experienced staff members Length of time Business Office centralized results in a "static" not dynamic environment.

      I would say benefits and I befriended some good people

      They were loosing hospitals but still raising our goals, all they care about is money and not their employees
