      Good rapport with Physicians, advanced from Receptionist to Insurance Authorizations and Billing. Out of NM not main Corporate office

      Cons

      Management is non-supportive, had over 100 hours of PTO accrued, but not allowed to take time off. Also had to work with HR regarding pay raise for Billing Specialist.
