      Benefits are descent. Local hospital employees are great

      Layoffs company wide. Lack of concern for employees and bad management from botoom to the top. Constant turnover

      Started out very good and pretty laid back under different management went downhill after they left.

      Pros

      Flexible 40 hours shift Monday thru Friday at 1st could make up time if didn't want to use vacation or sick time in that department and depends on manager. At 1st had huge company Christmas parties for whole company in Nashville area

      Cons

      A sense company going under. No job security for long. Layoffs are happening left and right. Management are deceitful and not honest, they will lobby for other people's jobs and lie on you to protect themselves especially if you make too much. I honestly heard bad things before in took that job but know everyone's experience is their own and a few maybe jaded but I never expected to see it happening across the company let alone me.
