      Pros

      Large company, plenty of room to grow and advance into other areas of healthcare.

      Cons

      CHS has been selling hospitals over the last year or two in order to stop hemorrhaging money. The hospital employees do not know until pretty much last minute, so it has been very stressful waiting to see who is getting sold and who is not. It also seems to make them more reluctant to fill open positions, so many of us find extra work falling on us in order to fill the gaps, but of course our pay remains the same.
