Keep condition of company 'quiet' and not honest with employees. They say they are in financial crisis and give AAs 0.25/hour raise YET the VPs still get bonuses?? How is that fair??

Management are very knowledgeable about the job and what's required to be successful. Pay is competitive. Flexible work schedule as far as scheduling ahead.

Cons

Computer system is not reliable and requires onsite IT to keep things running day to day. Staffing numbers per shift are not consistently adequate for manageable work loads

Upper management the idiotic attendance policy really 1 minute late then a ding they can't decide on a path and contradicts each other
