      Not a good choice for programmers...

      Pros

      Semi decent atmosphere to work in. Some very talented people worked there, but most of those left due to the sub-par management.

      Cons

      Programmers were not allowed to use the latest versions of the programming languages. All because the manager didn't know how to use the newer versions and therefore didn't want anyone else to use it. Too much office politics. Salaries are below average for the field.

      great care in individual facilities but that is all

      Jefferson City, TN Colin McRae CEO and Carol Wolfenbarger CNO are 2 of the worst senior leaders i have ever seen. Colin if full of himself and hiding anything negative from Corporate so that he looks good, does not care about the employees at all, just typical fake to your face, the things i heard him say behind closed doors. Carol lets on like she cares and pretends to be really nice but cross her or don't go along with what she wants then she will get rid of you anyway she can, I still have email's providing proof her ways are not legal.
