      Good benefits and more than fair pay.

      High turnover from the top down. I was with them seven years and outlasted two Presidents of the HCD and on my 3rd. No support from the corporate office but they were quick to blame the agency when goals were not met. COO was less than helpful and lost all focus on patient care...it was all about the $$$ with no help for those agencies with high commercial insurance plans.
