      Great Company

      Pros

      My team was great. Our project manager stressed strong teamwork principles which meant that there weren't many personality clashes that make jobs really stressful for me. Managers were also great at understanding health issues causing staff to miss several weeks of work.

      Cons

      Aside from my advice to management below, I don't have any other negatives.

      Pros

      The managers were okay to deal with. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Most of my fellow workers were friendly. I worked in one of the satellite corporate offices in IT. Getting rid of the silly business dress was great. The office became quite casual in attire. I wore jeans about every day.

      Cons

      They do have a lot of turnover. They are a tad conservative. I noticed some of the higher ups tended to hire people who were less intelligent than they were...not a good thing.

      Pros

      The company runs lean but this is a double edged sword. They seem to promote anyone into any kind of position without experience so it is a great for opportunity for some. Most Administrative Assistants are promoted as Data Analyst even though they do not have the skillset.

      Cons

      When a real analyst comes along, the department will expect you to turn water into wine and you will be alone because all of the other analyst were never qualified. They are not using any type of Analytical tools and require the use of Excel to the max. It is always beyond formulas and turns into programming. It is also important to keep in mind that because the company is so behind the times, your growth can become stunted.
