Excellent team dynamic, despite recent lapses in management and mediocre interim leadership. Wonderful opportunity if you enjoy travel work. Company has potential to be great.
Cons
They have a love/hate relationship with contractors: they cannot afford to recruit and retain full time talent with the rates/salaries they offer, yet consider contractors a strain on their finances. Contractor rates lately typically require padding by contract company to make them palatable, and are frankly insulting to an experienced healthcare professional. Multiple personal experiences, and have seen examples in others, where contracts are not honored through their completion date; if you take a contract job here of a year or more, a rough estimate would be to shave at least 4 to 6 months off what is presented to you. Financial news for the company as of late is driving a belt tightening once again, and rumors about that remaining contractors will be cut by October 2016; they are reshuffling FTE resources to "backfill", even if not their area of expertise. Beware; this company has potential, but difficult to trust at their word when contracting.
