The company has as a whole is loaded with great people. Everyone is helpful and makes going to work enjoyable.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end. They do not provide much opportunity to advance. They lose a lot of really great employees because of this.

Pros

Employees Iwork with are great. I get along great with nurses and other ancillary staff. Small town atmosphere. Close to home.

Cons

Employees that I work for are very unsupported, degrading, lack concern. The pay is horrible for patient care providers but for anyone in administration the pay is great and there are bonuses.
