Very conservative--- run like a 1980s company. Corporate management is an old-boys club and there is a big emphasis on everyone else to "pay their dues." There was very little feedback and if you are a young person just starting out, be prepared for a tough ride-- a lot of pressure for "face time" and no bonus. Benefits were lacking as well- only 10 days vacation but people game the system and call in sick all the time- not very advanced in human capital management. No culture.

Poor health insurance and benefits Lack of regard to patient and nurse safety. Was given 7-8 medical patients several shifts, usual shifts are 6 patients. Management wasn’t willing to work with me needing a shift off for a dr appointment that was 6 weeks out. I was told the schedule is made 2.5 months in advance and that’s how much notice I need to give in order to take it off.
