Pros

The office was close to my home. It is a M-F position. The staff were friendly and supportive. However, not the management staff. We provided End of Life care to terminally ill patients. It is rewarding. My Clincal supervisor was caring, supportive and knowledgable.

Cons

The company was purchased in 2014. We have gone through multiple staff due to unrealistic expectations. I worked many 10-11 hour days without compensation. Management staff are not supportive or caring. You are never recognized for your hard work. They are critical.

Work Life Balance-- if you are anything besides a call center representative. The job is very demanding if you decide to move with in the department.

Online application after that the process was downhill.

Cons

Very low pay, hours were not given during interview nor when I was contacted by human resources for the job offer. Upper management doesn't listen. I should not had to repeat my simple name over and over to human resources and it was still pronounced incorrect.
