The administration and department directors has a huge turnover. Also all the administration tram members have a really bad reputation of following policy and procedures.

Good base pay, great insurance. Hospitals are all part of a hospital corperation so transferring around the US is relatively simple and encouraged.

Cons

Very small facilities, for profit so they are really worried about the bottom line and will cut time and supplies availability to meet budget.
