      Great co-workers and a lovely location,

      Advancement only available if you chant the corporate mantra. Hard work and great results mean nothing if you don't follow like lemmings.

      Great Coworkers and patients, terrible management.

      Pros

      Decent pay, nice benefits. I really appreciate my coworkers and I love the job I do, pay can be a little better, but for not requiring any college it works for young people!

      Cons

      Terrible senior staff and management and we're understaffed. I can't count the amount of times I've been argued with about missing less important things because I was doing the work of THREE PEOPLE. I prioritize well, but the management doesn't understand what one Nursing Assistant can't get everything done in a department that has a High Patient workflow area!
