      Pros

      You get free Cokes, as many as you want! Also, this is better than being unemployed. If you like being micro-managed, this is awesome as well.

      Cons

      Terrible Pay, Poor Management, Overloaded with Work, Terribly Understaffed. The turnover is off the charts and if you accept an offer than in three months you'll see why

      Pros

      If you need a job and want to build your resumé for a better company...oh and free coke products if you love caffeine and sugar.

      Cons

      The politics of this place are off the charts. The pay is low compared to my next con - the workload. Just endorse your life over to them. You will notice from Day 1 that the training is very poor. For about 3 weeks, you will sit idol as all other employees and managers are overloaded. Then about week 4 you will be overloaded with no idea how to do anything. You should be up to speed by month 8. This place has really just grown too fast and they can't keep up. The loss of 30 hospitals also means they will probably do some down-sizing soon. Good luck.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits speaking with patients and helping patients and when they told you how pleasant and helpful you were .

      Cons

      Belittled, lack of training, employees were not all treated equally, some employees could do whatever they pleased , if they made a mistake it was pushed under the rug while others written up and out the door .
