      Positive friendly role models at the higher management levels at the CHS hospital I work at.

      Paper charting and trying to read hand writing for in and out surgery

      Monthly staff meetings are held.

      Cons

      Personally witnessed Directors treat employees disrespectfully in meetings. Leadership changes their minds minute by minute. One Director is never prepared for meetings, depends on others to hand feed information. Staffing is not adequate for business needs. Leadership does not listen to staff suggestions for better work flow.

      Benefits are OK if you use their facilities

      Cons

      Raises are not worth the paperwork. They do not cover a cost of living increase. No incentive to move up. Corporate creates new positions in Tennessee but don't hire where understaffed
