      Pros

      Enjoyed home health. Loved my team. Great bunch. Zero training, communication or education.

      Cons

      No training, education or communication with supervisor. Very impersonal. Lacks empathy or even attempting to train and educate employees with new rules and regulations. No.proper protocol which should be taught in a systematic way.

      Pros

      Health benefits and vacation time are good. Coworkers are nice except boss.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees. Will have you do tons of work for little pay while your boss orders you around and treats you bad like a slave. Feel bad for the next person who gets the position if the small practice ends up staying in business that is. Worst manager I had to work for. Manager has no clue; didn't even realize I moved the patient charts until over a week later.
