      Good people to work with and for. Great pay.

      After 9 days I was let go with no explanation. My direct report and their direct report had no idea that I was let go.

      Pay rate for contractors is above market.

      Cons

      Massive turnover, up to VP level. No one stays. Contractors are treated as slaves. The company reputation is so bed they often have to hire from other states because they have burned through everyone in Nashville already. CIO has completely uynrealistic expectations and demotes all the mid-level managers when they fail to deliver.
