      The pay at this company was decent

      Cons

      This is the worst company that I have ever worked for in my life! Prepare to be micro managed. Directors have absolutely no respect for employees. I personally witnessed employees being spoken to as if they were children by one particular Director, which is 100% unacceptable. Heavy work load with little assistance.

      Small annual raises, can sometimes have a very "bureaucratic" feel, communication from upper management often lacking.
