      Not the best hospital to work for

      Pros

      The atmosphere is really laid back and some of the people are really nice. As with all hospitals though this is going to depend on the location. There are not any pros for being affiliated with CHS.

      Low pay Poor Management No raise or bonus It feels like working for a chain

      Pros

      Extensive experience rapidly developed due to fast pace and volume of work. Ability to meet many people across the country and develop a broad network of colleagues.

      Cons

      Staffing was primarily consulting resources with very few permanent CHS resources. Leadership was chaotic, not kind and work hours per week was excessive with 80 hours per week being the norm.
