      U may qualify for a company car. Nurses have a great background

      Cons

      Poor communication, management gets defensive when questions are asked regarding new process of doing things. which makes me feel as if it's not encouraged to ask questions. Flexibility is no longer as flexible. Office gossip. High turn over in the last year

      I really cant think of a single pro that I can apply to this company other than they have a few, very few, good employees who are always looking for an out.
