      This company loves to have picks and favorites. If you are their pick, good for you. You will go far and will not have to do anything to earn your check. If you work hard, well you might as well just start acting dumb now so you can be a pick. Otherwise they will work you to death, and treat you like dirt.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn new things and expand work experience. Most of the employees have been with the company for 10 years or more. Doesn't get boring. Fast paced. Coworkers are great team players. Immediate supervisors are great.

      Cons

      Pay not commensurate with the heavy workload. Endless tasks on computer system, many of the tasks are busy work. Have to wear many different hats at the same time. Can be frustrating and feels like it's hard to get everything done and do a good job.
