Hours, Staff, Management. It is all very good. The work flow is good, the pace of work is good, I am allowed to use my brain to solve problems. it is all good...

Cons

Once the defined pay ceiling is met you are stalled there for years. the job is well defined and structured. There is stress but it is not over the top or too much.
