      Worst management ever and a total embarrassment.

      Pros

      The only pro to this place is the staff minus the management.

      Cons

      Very poor nurse managers. Overworked. Short staffed. Unsafe high patient to nurse ratio. High turnover. Emplyees are treated with disrespect. No raises in more than three years. Never have supplies that are needed. Always running out of linens. Reusing IV tubing. Its an embarrassment.

      I really cant think of a single pro that I can apply to this company other than they have a few, very few, good employees who are always looking for an out.

      Poor direction Lack of communication Pathetic excuse for VP's and Directors Poor pay Lowest employee satisfaction of any company I have ever worked for
