Pros

Very good work/life balance. Flex schedule. Hospital bills at CHS facility write off.

Cons

The pay is laughable. I personally bring in millions of dollars of revenue for this company and if I had stayed at my retail job I would be making at least 1.50 an hour more than I make here. There is no transparency in the pay scale. Promotions are hard to come by unless you are related to or friends with someone high up on the food chain. Yearly raises are much lower than competing companies.

Poor Benefits, Poor Management Poor Leadership No Training No Growth or Development No Respect for Employees Do NOT work here! Leadership has no integrity VP ask employees to lie over a seat assignment change No morals No values If you don't care and need a job, I would suggest being a contractor only VP lies to employees, no money in budget for raises, but promotes 15 people Cant be trusted
