This is the worst company that I have ever worked for in my life! Prepare to be micro managed. Directors have absolutely no respect for employees. I personally witnessed employees being spoken to as if they were children by one particular Director, which is 100% unacceptable. Heavy work load with little assistance.

High turnover , from the top down. Deplorable management with a "fear based" culture. Totally profit driven with little to no concern for the staff , including the physicians, or the patients. My sincere opinion, after 30 plus years of working in the healthcare industry is this: CHS takes pride in "raping healthcare". Avoid all facilities. . .
