      Work from home, Little supervision required

      Cons

      Slow systems, non achievable goals and expectations with productivity standards, overtime without notice, they will also mandate overtime on a holiday week. They base their overtime on hours worked. So you will not get paid time and a half until you exceed 40 hours worked. This is completely legal just unethical.

      Free Soda and Coffee No cost when using employer hospital for treatment

      Cons

      No room for employee growth both educationally and corporately Can never receive a pay raise above 6% even with promotion Not allowed to work from home Incompetance is promoted while skill and hard work is not rewarded No appreciation of their employees. You can leave, work somewhere else for 6 months, and come back 15k-20k higher salary. No appreciation for loyalty to company

      Hmm.. Plenty of opportunity for advancement due to extremely high turnover and incompetent senior leadership

      Cons

      Almost everything. Inconsistent policies, disorganized roll-outs and initiatives, constant turnover and instability in management.
