Pros

Great potential. Upper management is top notch. The company has a great business model, excellent leadership and both a proven track record and great potential.

Cons

There is a disconnect between IS and IT management on the one side and upper management and the business units on the other side. In some cases, IS and IT management seem to be unaware of the company's business model, and many don't seem to be interested in learning.

Remote work, the only pro I can think of

Cons

It’s very top heavy with older people in management who are paid generously. Benefits don’t trickle down even if you work like a dog. If you have a kind manager life is relatively easy but if you have a toxic one, you are provided no training no help and are expected to give answers in meetings. They micromanage and overwork you. Managers are clueless and everyone is looking for a scapegoat to put the blame on. No hikes, no bonuses (except for higher ups) no promotions. Stay away from this place
