Such a horrible place to work for! I was there for many years, and was unable to advance any further at Lakeway Regional, a hospital owned by CHS. I was even promised a new position and further training. This was a lie along with many others that were told to me. Even with me attending school, they tried every way possible to make sure I could not further my career. However, if you are in their cliques or one of their best friends everything goes for you. The last mgr I worked under allowed and still allows an employee to come in 45mins-1hr late. The mgr even let this employee write his/her time down for over a yr. And yes this employee would fudge on her time, but when she was reported to HR nothing was done about the issue. My advice run while you can! They do not care about their hard working and honest employees. But if you are lazy, full of drama, and useless you will fit right in. I suggest the CEO of CHS go undercover at this particular location, he would really learn some things.
