None. And to fulfill the 20 words minimum requirement do I really need to say word "none" twenty times to convey that there are none ?

Cons

Profits prioritized over quality and patient safety. Nurses treated badly, are overworked and underpaid. routinely cheated out of earned money. Numerous violations of Labor Laws.

Full time employment with benefits and average salary. Not many more pros. They're bankrupt and selling off hospitals and laying off good employees.

Cons

Layoffs!!! Demanding resignations and if you don't, you'll be so miserable they'll make you walk. Seniority means nothing with them.

Pros

The company runs lean but this is a double edged sword. They seem to promote anyone into any kind of position without experience so it is a great for opportunity for some. Most Administrative Assistants are promoted as Data Analyst even though they do not have the skillset.

Cons

When a real analyst comes along, the department will expect you to turn water into wine and you will be alone because all of the other analyst were never qualified. They are not using any type of Analytical tools and require the use of Excel to the max. It is always beyond formulas and turns into programming. It is also important to keep in mind that because the company is so behind the times, your growth can become stunted.
