Can work remote. They have some very knowledgeable team members.
Cons
Work flow is not organized. Support teams are not well trained sending most issues straight to the senior team. Creates chaotic work environment and inefficient use of resources. Networking team is not trusted by the company very minimal rights to any system and network resource.
