The workers there are like a family, well at least at the bronx healthcare center. There are a bunch of different clinics all around the city each with its own unique culture.

Cons

Good benefits. Interesting work and mission, and supportive environment of coworkers.

Cons

Expanding initiatives without support for infrastructure makes managers less available for support and good communication. Upper management thinks it saves money by adding more and more responsibilities to managers and fails to understand that it impacts their ability to be effective managers.
