Very relaxed environment. Everyone is friendly from the ceo down. Great benefits and time off. Get your work done and no one bothers you.

Cons

Biggest thing would be pay. It's ok but on the mid to lower side. Since this is a not for profit you'll never see monster checks.

Management is easy to talk to. Benefits are great. The hours are regular 9-5. Which work when you have a family. CHN is a timely company. You must be on time.

Cons

The pay is low for the type of work you do for this company. Too much work for low pay.
