Management has poor communication and verbal skills communication from one department to the next department lax payroll has no sense of urgency don’t be surprised if you’re missing a check and it takes 3 to 6 months before you see it just about everybody there with the exception of a very few are lazy in the way that one they don’t care about their patience the way it seems is that their patients are just another spot to be filled to they don’t take anything seriously if you have a patient being abused and you report it they will literally either blame you or take their time to correct the mistakes I’ve literally learned that the only way to get anything done if you truly do this out of Care and compassion is to threaten legal action I know it’s extreme and it’s sad to say but out of everything that this horrible company has let slide that’s the only way I have ever been able to get anything done
