Pros

They are always looking to improve. Happy environment. Benefits such as, stocked fridge,lunch every other week, 15 paid holidays in addition to 5 personal and 5 vacation days. Decent pay.

Cons

Company is growing at such a fast pace that they can't keep up. High turnover, due to individuals leaving on their own. Yet, they don't fire often if at all, especially those that should be fired. Raises come few and meager.

You have constant work in and out in your area. Very helpful Coordinator,who are willing to help you with all concern's.

Cons

Last minute assignments that will have scrambling around to get there on time. Health insurance is to expensive. Bickering among administration staff.
