Only thing i didnt like about the job is that, the people in the office werent understanding

Payroll issues are common, either not on time or incorrect. Hours offered are kept at a bare minimum or outside personal hours of availability. No information on clients given prior to visits. No care plans in homes. No nursing supervision in the field for aides. No opportunity for advancement. No benefits. No holidays off. No mileage reimbursements and no regard for employees in regards to logistics. Calls from agency received in late evenings, early weekend mornings and on scheduled time off and outside of availability.
